On The State of the Internet and Elite Manipulation
Introductory Remarks by Karl Pomeroy

While the globalist elite escalate their assault on the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump continues to work toward global peace through diplomacy with foreign leaders. A positive thinker par excellence, he is not just pragmatic, but believes in the power of the word. He is using his words to create world peace through cooperative relations with leaders across the globe, from Palestine to China, Russia to Japan, Israel to Saudi Arabia, and possibly even North Korea.
Trump offers real hope the world can come to order, with nations enjoying secure borders while wars and terrorism gradually fade.
“What? No wars?” scream the powers that be. “No fear with which to manipulate the little people? This cannot be! We must stop this dangerous positive trend!”
And so they use their media—Rothschild-owned Reuters and Associated Press and all the rest of the mainstream platforms—to generate hysteria through persuasion and hypnosis. Indeed, many people have become so mired in negative thinking that the very prospect of global peace seems a frightening symbol of evil. The shared global consciousness, perpetrated by internet dogma, has become so negative that the mere suggestion we can control our lives and—God forbid!—take responsibility for ourselves has become equated to fascism. If the elite would have their way, all of us must be victims, and any leader who denies this folly is a racist dictator who must be impeached.
The powers that be—central bankers, globalists, transnational corporatists, corrupt Democrats—want the rest of us to believe we are not only victims, but powerless fools helpless to improve our circumstances. Believing this, we are easily manipulated into borrowing more and more money and becoming increasingly impoverished, all to enrich the elite.
Not only are individuals victims, but the elite and their media would have us believe the entire United States is a victim of Russia. Indeed, the whole billion-plus population of the West is a victim of one man, Vladimir Putin, with whom our puppet dictator Donald Trump is colluding in order to destroy us.
That all of these ideas are patently absurd is irrelevant. Hypnosis and hysteria are the state of the internet, and to the extent the internet reflects, or perhaps controls, the condition of people’s minds, these psychotic beliefs have permeated human consciousness.
The real truth is that peace is possible. And Donald Trump is leading us to peace.
Four articles presented below summarize this latest assault on Trump and its implications for America and the world. The first, published at Information Clearing House, is a commentary with video interview entitled Professor Cohen Says Assault on Trump is ‘National Security Threat’, ‘Beyond Belief’, by Stephen Cohen, Professor of Russian studies at Princeton and NYU.
After that is an analysis of Cohen’s editorial by Paul Craig Roberts entitled The Assault on Trump.
Two videos follow, both posted by Adam Garrie at The Duran. The first is of Donald Trump’s speech before the graduating class of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, in which the President acknowledges the unprecedented assault on himself by the mainstream media, and expresses courage and faith that such challenges fall in the line of duty and can be overcome.
The second video, entitled The Impeachment of Donald Trump, by Paul Joseph Watson, reveals the subversive threats posed to our country from within.
Finally, I present excerpts from an editorial by Strategic Culture Foundation called Alleged Trump’s Russia Leak: Concocted Story as Part of Anti-President Plot.
If every alternate media platform gave support to Donald Trump as these sources have, it would be a powerful force for the powers that be to reckon with.

Professor Cohen Says Assault on Trump is ‘National Security Threat’, ‘Beyond Belief’
By Stephen Cohen

Stephen Cohen, Professor of Russian studies at Princeton and NYU (an obvious Russian spy) was besides himself tonight, in sheer disbelief over the with hunt of gigantic nothing-burgers that are being used to assault the Presidency of Donald Trump.
He declared, “today, I would say (the greatest threat to national security) is this assault on President Trump. Let’s be clear what he’s being accused of is treason. This has never happened in America, that we had a Russian agent in the White House. Cohen believes Flynn did nothing wrong by talking to the Russian ambassador, describing it as ‘his job’ to do so.
He then illuminated the indelible fact that there is a 4th branch of government, the intelligence community, who have been meddling in American foreign affairs, obstructing the other 3 branches of government.
“In 2016, President Obama worked out a deal with Russian President Putin for military cooperation in Syria. He said he was gonna share intelligence with Russia, just like Trump and the Russians were supposed to do the other day. Our department of defense said it wouldn’t share intelligence. And a few days later, they killed Syrian soldiers, violating the agreement, and that was the end of that. So, we can ask, who is making our foreign policy in Washington today?”
Professor Cohen added, “you and I have to ask a subversive question, are there really three branches of government, or is there a 4th branch of government? These intel services. What we know, as a fact, is that Obama tried, not very hard but he tried for a military alliance with Putin, in Syria, against terrorism and it was sabotaged by the department of defense and its allies in the intelligence services.”

The Assault on Trump
By Paul Craig Roberts

We are witnessing an assault by the national security state and its liberal media on a President of the United States that is unprecedented.
Wild and unsupported accusations of treasonous or illegal Russian connections have been the mainstay of the news since Trump’s campaign for president. These accusations have reached the point that there is an impeachment movement driven by the national security state and its liberal media and endorsed by Democrats, the American leftwing which has turned against the working class as “Trump deplorables,” and luminaries such as Harvard Law Professor Larry Tribe. The Washington Post, which was not present at the meeting of President Trump with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, purports to know that Trump gave Lavrov US national security information.
The Russian government has offered the presstitute media a transcript of the meeting, but, of course, the pressitutes are not interested.
The latest story is that Trump tried to bribe FBI Director Comey, before he fired him, not to investigate Trump as part of the “Russian investigation.” Clearly there is no intelligence left in the American media. The President doesn’t need to bribe someone he can fire.
What we are witnessing is the determination of the national security state to keep their prized “Russian Threat” in its assigned role as the Number One Threat to the US. The liberal media, owned by the CIA since the 1950s is in accord with this goal.
The American media is so accustomed to its enslavement by the national security state that it does not think of the consequences. But Professor Stephen Cohen does. I agree with him that the greatest threat to national security “is this assault on President Trump.” http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/47076.htm
Cohen said that there is a 4th branch of government, the intelligence community, which obstruts the management of American foreign affairs by the executive branch and Congress.
As an example, he reminded us that “In 2016, President Obama worked out a deal with Russian President Putin for military cooperation in Syria. He said he was going to share intelligence with Russia, just like Trump and the Russians were supposed to do the other day. Our department of defense said it wouldn’t share intelligence. And a few days later, they killed Syrian soldiers, violating the agreement, and that was the end of that. So, we can ask, who is making our foreign policy in Washington today?”
In the 1960s, President John F. Kennedy thought he was in charge, and he was assassinated for his belief. JFK blocked an invasion of Cuba, the Northwoods project, a preemptive nuclear strike on the Soviet Union, and spoke of ending the Cold War.
In the 1970s President Nixon was driven from office, because he thought he was in charge of foreign policy. Like Kennedy, Nixon was a threat to the national security state. Nixon pushed through SALT 1 and the anti-ABM Treaty, and he opened to China, defusing those tensions as well. The military/security complex saw its budget dwindling as the threat dwindled. Nixon also determined to withdraw from Vietnam, but was constrained by the national security state. Nixon, the most knowledgeable
president about foreign affairs, was forced from office, because his efforts in behalf of peace constituted a threat to the power and profit of the military/security complex.
It is important to understand that there is no evidence whatsoever against Nixon in the Washington Post “investigation.” The Post’s reporters simply put together a collection of inuendoes that cast aspersion on Nixon, whose “crime” was to say that he learned of the Watergate buglary at a later date than he actually did. Nixon kept the burglary quiet until after his reelection, because he knew that the CIA’s Washington Post would use it in an effort to prevent his reelection.
The “crime” for which Nixon was really removed was his success in establishing more peaceful and stable relations with Russia and China.
Trump, being in real estate and entertainment, was unaware of the landmines on which he was stepping when he said it was time to normalize relations with Russia and to rethink the purpose of NATO.
The US military/security complex sits on a budget extracted from very hard-pressed American taxpayers of $1,000 billion dollars annually. By threatening to normalize relations with the enemy which was created in order to justify this vast budget, Trump presented as the major threat to the American National Security State’s power and profit.
This is why Trump will be broken and/or removed as President of the United States.
Once again democracy in American is proving to be powerless. There is no one in Washington who can help Trump. Those who could help him, such as myself, cannot be confirmed by the US Senate, which is owned lock, stock, and barrel by the military/security complex, Wall Street, and the Israel Lobby.
Trump tried to connect the suffering American people to their government, an act of treason against the oligarchy, who are making an example of Trump that will dissuade politicians in the future from making populist appeals to the people.

EXCERPT:
A rallying cry to ‘deplorables’ everywhere. Donald Trump has delivered one of the most defiant speeches of his political career on the day that a Democratic Congressman called for Trump’s impeachment from the floor of the House of Representatives. Speaking to graduating students at the US Coast Guard Academy, he advised his audience to, “Never, never, never, never give up”.

Alleged Trump’s Russia Leak: Concocted Story as Part of Anti-President Plot
Editorial
Strategic Culture Foundation
May 17, 2017
EXCERPTS:
Here we have a scoop hitting the mainstream media headlines to eclipse China’s One Belt, One Road summit, the Macron’s inauguration, Syria, never ending North Korea’s missile launches and the Turkish President Erdogan’s visit to Washington. US President Donald Trump is at the centre of a storm. The saga of the alleged Russian connection to Trump’s campaign is once again dominating the news.
This time hue and cry was raised over President Trump allegedly revealing top secret/codeword information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador in a White House meeting, a day after FBI chief James Comey was fired. The FBI director’s sudden dismissal unleashed reprimands from across the political spectrum, and the report once again quickly drew sharp criticism of the president. Current and former US officials say the divulgence jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State (IS) group.
It started with The Washington Post reporting on May 15 that President Trump revealed highly classified information about an Islamic State plot to senior Russian officials during the Oval Office meeting on May 10. The president reportedly went off-script and began describing details about an IS threat related to the use of laptop computers on aircraft.
The story went viral. It says the information was so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the government. It was provided by a US partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement. The partner did not give permission to share the information not to jeopardize a valuable source.
[…]
True or not, the following scandal is sure to shadow the president as he starts his first overseas voyage after the election. The trip includes Israel, Saudi Arabia, Vatican and meetings with European partners at a NATO summit in Brussels and the Group of 7 meeting in Sicily. Some of the leaders Trump will meet come from countries the United States has intelligence-sharing agreements with.
Whatever happened in the Oval Office, the US president has a right to declassify information. So, no laws or rules were broken even if the bombshell story dismissed by the Russian foreign ministry were true. [Emphasis added.] Looks like it isn’t. Why not? Because of the carefully chosen timing and the fact that the development of the events had been predicted and expected.
No US mainstream media outlet remembered the warning given by the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova who had foreseen the scenario. Prior to the Minister Lavrov’s visit to Washington, she warned that American media were preparing an attack against the president.
[…]
So, the «secrets divulged’ fake story is nothing else but a well-planned attack launched by a large segment of US media which are used as a tool to stymie any efforts to normalize the relations between the US and Russia. Those who lost the presidential election just cannot reconcile with the defeat. This and other stories denigrating Russia and painting it as America’s foe are parts of a well-orchestrated hate campaign. The outlets don’t pretend to be independent anymore; they have become actors with roles to play, missions to accomplish and goals to be reached.
None of the stories going viral has relation to the facts. They are nothing but unsupportable conspiracy theories based on innuendo.
The attack is launched to substantiate the calls for appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the Trump’s ties with Russia and scuttle any improvement of the relationship.
[…]
The result will be increased spying on US citizens and repressions for political views. To avoid such development of events, everything media say should be taken with a grain of salt, especially when unnamed sources are cited and stories without any proof or facts are told.
