Is Evo Morales the rightful President of Bolivia? Voted in by a clear plurality on October 20, 2019, the indigenous socialist leader remains, according to Bolivia’s election rules, the legal Head of State. He has since fled to Mexico upon receiving asylum after personal threats of violence.

Apparent Coup Drives Morales Out

There is no question on who won the election in Bolivia. Morales did. What’s in contention is if a second round was required. By their electoral system, to win outright a candidate has to win: (i) over 50%, or (ii) btn 40% and 50% but with >10% margin over the next candidate. If neither condition is met, there has to be a run off between the top two candidates. Below are the declared results of the 2019 Bolivian presidential election [see chart].

The right wing, US backed opposition in Bolivia does not dispute that Morales defeated them, but contends that they were not defeated by more than 10% required for to avoid a runoff. Note that Morales has a majority in both houses of parliament (88/130 in lower house, 25/36 in upper house). There is no reason to believe that he didn’t win by 10% or that if he didn’t, he wouldn’t defeat the 2nd placed candidate in a run off.

The second placed party has very few parliamentary seats (9/36 seats upper house, 32/130 lower house). They have now assumed the government even when they didn’t win, Morales term isn’t yet finished, and his resignation hasn’t been accepted by parliament.

They did this by running the members of parliament from the ruling party, including all those in the line of succession (VP, Speaker of the House) from the city/country by sheer violence. And then declared their own person interim president without quorum:

There was a lack of quorum as opposition MP declares herself president of Bolivia. According to Twitter source Anonymous: “Bolivian senator Jeanine Añez declares herself interim President in front of a vastly empty Parliament. Will rule until and if, a new general election is called.”

But even after running Morales out of the country, and taking over the government, the protests haven’t stopped. Question is, why? Because now the pro-Morales part of the country is protesting against what they see as a coup against their person.

The bigger question is, why did Morales run? He obviously has strong support in the country. So does his party. He had already accepted to hold a new election to resolve the issue. The answer seems to be he feared for his life. He contends that he was informed by friendly sections of the military that the coup plotters wanted him killed.

As things stand, the leadership of the country is now contested and may not be resolved any time soon.

The moment I read that Paris’s famous Notre Dame Cathedral was burning, my first thought was that Emmanuel Macron was complicit in the tragic event. It was the beleaguered French President triumphantly claiming he would rebuild the ancient structure that caught my attention. The Yellow Vest movement has destroyed Macron’s reputation, while protests continue with no end in sight.

Restoring the treasured Notre Dame would reinstate Emmanuel Macron as a hero and man of the people. Problem solved—for Macron.

Notre Dame Cathedral Fire: The Back Story You Won’t Even Read in the Alt Media

I was devastated by the total burning of Notre Dame cathedral, a place where I once prayed in thanks for one of my son’s who survived what might otherwise have been a certain death. The parallels to both the Reichstag Fire and 9/11 loomed. Then I heard from the shadow foreign minister of France and I believe all of the following to be true and an indictment of Macron, Merkel, May, and the Pope — Notre Dame would not have burned as it did without the explicit complicity of the Church — and key police, fire, and government offices in Paris — in detail, in advance, and into the future. Here is what I have been told by a ranking source in France:

1. Canadian intelligence officers who went immediately to the site for a first hand look were prevented from getting close.
2. No electricity in the area where the fire is alleged to have started.
3. Two dead within the fire, both evidently murdered (two bullets each).
4. No helicopters brought in to fight the fire.
5. Dysfunctional water spraying machine, a mockery of a fire-fighting performance.
6. Official narrative pretending it was an accident was immediate and clearly on the shelf and ready to go.
7. Timing impossible to dismiss — intended to prevent announcement of Macron’s loss in the national debate inspired by the Yellow Vests.
8. Afternote A: anniversary of the Titanic that was precursor to the creation of Central Banks and the subversion of all governments.
9. Afternote B: This is intended to save the global financial system owned by the Satanists by saving the European Election in May, anticipate a call for “financial solidarity” that keeps France trapped in Europe by “EU” agreeing to pay for the renovation of the cathedral. “EU” and Central Banks are the beneficiaries of this false flag event, along with Macron as the token leader of France on behalf of the Satanic Deep State.
